In the practical sub-module, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs (users) answer questions regarding the legal bases for processing personal data in their organizations/companies. After the offered answers, a report will be generated that will help users in harmonizing their business with regard to the legal bases for processing personal data.
If users rely on consent or legitimate interest as a legal basis for processing personal data, the system will generate a consent template or legitimate interest test after answering the questions.
