OUR MISSION

In today's digital age, privacy protection and personal data security are becoming more important than ever. Our mission is to help micro, small, and medium-sized entrepreneurs recognize the importance of compliance with data protection regulations. We aim to show them that GDPR compliance is not an unnecessary burden but an opportunity to enhance their business.

The mission of the ARC2 team is to develop an innovative and free online tool called "Olivia," user-friendly, with a focus on raising awareness among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) about the importance of personal data protection. The primary goal of this tool is to assist businesses in understanding their legal obligations related to personal data protection. Through interactive quizzes, knowledge checks, self-assessment questionnaires, and the development of internal policies for compliance with data protection regulations, Olivia seeks to empower entrepreneurs by facilitating their understanding of legal obligations and the implementation of data protection principles, including appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data they process.

OUR VISION

To contribute to the creation of a society that promotes a culture of personal data protection and privacy, where businesses build trust-based relationships with customers and recognize that investing in personal data protection and information security is a worthwhile investment. We aim to create an environment where all businesses acknowledge the importance of respecting the fundamental human right to personal data protection and privacy, the violation of which may result in the infringement of other human rights. We envision an environment where businesses do not misuse personal data for profit but enable individuals to exercise their rights. At the same time, we want businesses to transparently inform individuals about the methods and purposes of processing their personal data.
