This template is designed to make it easier for small and medium-sized enterprises (managers and processors) to prepare the Personal Data Protection Regulations. Each of the sections that make up this form for creating the Rulebook on Personal Data Protection must be adapted to the data processing activities in your organization/company. Please note that it is not a document that is the same for all small and medium-sized enterprises, i.e. organizations/companies, even for those from the same industry.
The personal data protection policy must be adapted to the data processing activities that you carry out in your organization/company. This rulebook aims to establish a data protection system in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. The Ordinance establishes appropriate organizational measures for the protection of personal data of respondents, that is, clients, employees and business partners, as well as other natural persons whose data is processed by the data controller. This regulation is not intended for public publication or for informing respondents about how their personal data is processed. This Rulebook is intended for all employees of the processing manager who must be familiar with its content in order to know how to process personal data legally, fairly, transparently and safely.
