The aim of this module is to help users when creating an Agreement on the processing of personal data between the controller and the processor according to Article 28, Paragraph 3 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
After filling out the questionnaire, a template of the personal data processing contract will be generated, which can be used to help users when drafting a personal data processing contract. Please note that depending on the needs and specifics of individual processing, users will need to adjust the text of the contract that they will use in their business, and the template in no way represents a guarantee that the processing of personal data is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
