The purpose of this sub-module is to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in understanding the role of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) within their organization. It will cover the circumstances under which the mandatory appointment of a DPO is required, as well as the key characteristics and responsibilities of the position. Additionally, it will outline the obligations of the organization in relation to the DPO.

Proof of course completion information

After watching the video and reviewing the theoretical content, participants will have the opportunity to take a quiz to assess their understanding. The quiz will present a series of statements, and participants will need to determine whether each statement is true or false. Once all quiz questions have been answered, a section titled "RESULTS" will provide explanations for each answer. Participants who achieve a minimum score of 80% will receive a certificate as proof of their successful completion of the theoretical sub-module.
