About topic

In this theoretical sub-module, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs (users) will be able to learn and understand:

what are the rights of data subjects and how they are related to the principles of personal data processing
how to enable data subjects to exercise their rights and why this is extremely important.

The aim of this sub-module is to help users understand and comprehend the importance of data subjects' rights and how to meet data subjects' requests related to the processing of their personal data.

Learning outcomes

Identify data subjects' requests related to their rights to personal data protection
Understand how to enable data subjects to exercise their rights
Describe data subjects' rights and describe circumstances in which a data subject may not be able to exercise their right (not all data subjects' rights are absolute and always applicable)

Proof of course completion information

After reviewing the video and theoretical content, the user will be able to take a test (quiz) and answer questions to assess their knowledge. Statements will be provided to the user, and they will indicate whether they consider them to be true or false. After the user answers all the quiz questions, a section called RESULTS will appear with explanations for the answers. The system will generate a certificate as proof of passing the theoretical sub-module if the user achieves a minimum of 80% correct answers.
